Returns & Refund Policy
It is our commitment to ensure your satisfaction. To return an item you must contact us within five (5) working days of receipt of your item (as advised by the delivery organization – FedEx or Australia Post).
We will then provide a Return Authorisation Number (RMA). No item will be accepted without an RMA number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You should insure your return package as you are responsible for that item and its safe return.
Any lab reports (GIA certificates) or appraisals that were sent with the item purchased are to be returned with the goods. If reports aren’t returned you will be charged for replacing those reports.
Items are to be returned with the tag intact and in the original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged in any way, it will be investigated. Please ensure all packing materials are kept ‘as is’ for inspection.
Include in the package a copy of any inspection documents by the carrier. If you have received the wrong items, it should be returned to us in its original condition. Do not remove any tag etc. If you have requested that an item be altered, you will be charged a restocking fee.
